Ultrasound therapy

Ultrasound therapy is used to ease up and relax a target tissue by increasing the local metabolic rate. Ultrasound induces oscillations at a molecular level and in turn, gets converted into heat energy. For spasms, sprains, and stiffnesses ultrasound therapy is a widely applied strategy.

Electrotherapy

The use of electrical stimulation in order to reduce pain, promote bone growth resolving neuronal dysfunctions is known as electrotherapy. For muscle and motor neuron related joint pains electrotherapy is the weapon of choice for a physiotherapist.

Heat and cryo therapies

Heat and cryotherapy complement each other in terms of controlling the metabolic rate of a target tissue. Just after an injury, cryotherapy is utilized for preventing inflammation and worsening of the condition. And in cases of chronic and injury related pains heat therapy is utilized for faster alleviation of the condition.
