- Concierge and Bellhop
Concierge and bellhop are the jobs where candidates need to be physically active in customer service positions. In these kinds of jobs, the teen is asked to work within a hotel’s lobby so that it will be easy to attend and address to each guest’s needs.
For example, a teen may transport bags and luggage to a hotel guest’s room, make reservations for guests dining, or address visitor queries about the surrounding area. Usually Guests require more service during daytime and so concierge and bellhop aspirants need to get ready to work during earlier hours.
- Housekeeping
Most of the time housekeepers are responsible for turning over rooms fast and efficiently. In this job role, candidates are asked to change bed linens, cleaning restrooms, providing fresh towels, dusting, and vacuuming, etc. As many of these jobs are scheduled for the morning, some of the work may also take place during the evening hours.
