- Tendinitis- In this condition, the tendons get swelled. The tendons are the flexible bands which connect bones and muscles. This type of joint pain is mainly occurred in the elbow, shoulder, heel, etc. This can also be due to the overstress that you put onto your joints due to higher workload.
