With all the media attention for ‘big people’ events like the Televizier-Ring Gala, you would almost forget that wonderful programs are also made for younger TV viewers that are worthy of a reward. They will be presented during the Zapp Awards 2019 : a real award show that is broadcast live and in which prizes can be earned in the categories Best Youth Program, Best Youth Presenter, Best Family Program, Best YouTuber and Best Artist.

The viewers decide themselves by voting to whom the awards go. CupCakeCup, Klaas kan allies, and SpangaS have been nominated in the category Best youth program. Klaas van Kruistum and Saskia Weerstand present the show and there are performances by Buddy Vedder and Vajen van den Bosch.
