  • Preview the entries to verify that the calendar data is being imported or not.
  • After that, go to More>> Manage Imported Calendars option to transfer calendar entries from Outlook to IBM Notes
  • After which, you will be able to see that the Outlook calendar has been merged with the existing calendar file of Lotus Notes. Moreover, the Manage Imported Calendars option allows to rename, delete or use the imported calendar file that is created as a separate calendar file
